Item 8.01. Other Events
On December 1, 2015, Liberty Media Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Greg Maffei, President and CEO of the Company, will be presenting at the UBS 43rd Annual Global Media and Communications Conference on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 4:00 PM ET at The Hilton Midtown in New York, NY. During his presentation, Mr. Maffei may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook and the proposed creation of the Liberty Braves Group tracking stock, the Liberty SiriusXM Group tracking stock and the Liberty Media Group tracking stock.
