On November 29, 2016, Liberty Media Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Mark Carleton,  CFO of the Company, will be presenting at the UBS 44th Annual Global Media and Communications Conference on Tuesday, December 6th at 2:30 p.m. ET at the Grand Hyatt in New York, NY.  During his presentation, Mr. Carleton may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook and the proposed acquisition of Formula 1.
