Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 20, 2023, Albert E. Rosenthaler notified Liberty Media Corporation (the “Company”) of his intention to retire from his position as Chief Corporate Development Officer of the Company, effective January 1, 2024, after over 20 years with the Company and its predecessors. Mr. Rosenthaler will become a Senior Advisor and remain a resource to Liberty Media Corporation and its portfolio companies.
